Where Can I buy my tickets or pick them up?

Tickets can be purchased online or at the door. For Tickets that offer physical items, those can be picked up at any point during event hours. 

What Comes with my pass?

Please review the ticket details at checkout to see what is included with your purchase. General admission typically covers entry to the main event floor, while premium tickets may include exclusive perks, special merchandise, or VIP access depending on the package.

How Do I Get A Refund?

All sales are final, any ticket type are nonfundable. 

Does My Baby need a pass?

Children under the age of 8 years old are free with any purchase of admission.

How Long will guest be signing?

Guests will be signing at their booth during show hours. Please keep in mind traveling, lunch, and panels. 

How Will I know if guest cancels?

If a guest were to cancel their appearance, we would make an announcement on our social media's and their announcement will be placed under our Posponed section of our guest page. 

How much are autographs?

Autograph prices vary from guest to guest and set their own pricing. Range: $20-$60.

Can I Bring my own items to get signed?

Yes, but please keep in mind, celebrites sign at their own accord and can reject an item if it is offensive and/or disrespectful to the voice actor.

How do I sign up for activities?

Any activites that require some type of signup will be posted in our navigation menu under Get Involved. Please keep in mind of hours and signup deadlines.
